Is there a legitimate market for poetry and short prose?
It was a simple question repeated over and over in the many workshops the two of us conducted.
We taught several writing workshops on behalf of our National League Of American Pen Women Branch
and that question kept surfacing, so the two of us formed a small publishing house to open up a
decent market for these frustrated writers. Thus Two Friends Publishing, a partnership dedicated
to publishing anthologies of these works.

In addition to producing writing workshops in poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and
marketing for conventions, groups such as Americorp and writer’s groups,
we critique the work of other writers and serve as judges for writing competitions.
We also produce poetry pages and columns for various publications.
Two Friends Publishing edits and designs books for self-publishing authors. For $15.00 per hour,
we will produce a galley proof for approval of the author then put the finished product on a CD
in PDF form and provide two printed copies of the book ready to take to a printer of choice.
